Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nestedsol. Nestedsol offers this website and all its services to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.

SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

All material on our website is the trademark and copyright property of Nestedsol. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our property. You may also not use our products and services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Nestedsol reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. It is also to be noted that both parties, Nestedsol, and the Client, agree not to criticize each other and any of its employees, associates, or partners publicly (on online forums, blogs, social networks, etc.) at any time during or after the contract period. Both parties also agree not to post anything on online forums, blogs, community groups, or social media that brings disrepute to either party or any of its employees, associates, or partners. In case of breach, the breaching party would have to pay a reasonable compensation decided by the non-breaching party as damages.

SECTION 2 – MODIFICATIONS TO OUR SERVICES AND PRICES

Nestedsol reserves the right to change prices for our products without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service without notice at any time.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Nestedsol offers a variety of digital solutions, including, but not limited to, logo designs, website design and development, and social media marketing. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change the descriptions and prices of our Services at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any service or offer at any time.

SECTION 4 – REVISION POLICY

Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Revision turnaround time will be 48 working hours but may change based on the client’s requirements and feedback. Unlimited revisions require that the initial design and concept have to be the same. The customer cannot ask for a concept redesign once an initial concept has been approved.

SECTION 5 – REFUND POLICY

In any case, funds deposited will not be eligible for a refund once the initial design and concepts (after delivery) are approved. All requests for refunds will follow the arrangements below:

• If a refund is requested before the delivery of the initial design concepts, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding a 10% administration and processing fee).
• If the refund request is made within 5 business days after the initial design, you will be eligible for a 66% refund (excluding a 10% administration and processing fee).
• If the refund request is made after 5 business days but within 12 business days after the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 33% refund (excluding a 10% administration and processing fee).
• No refund requests will be entertained after 15 business days of the initial design delivery.
• Once a project enters the revision phase, the refund offer becomes void, and no requests for refunds will be considered. Additionally, once the final files have been delivered, no refund will be approved.

5.1: Refund on Logo Packages

• If a refund request is made before the initial design concepts are delivered, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding a 10% administration fee).
• If the refund request is made within 5 business days of the initial design, a 66% refund (minus a 10% processing fee) can be issued.
• No refund will be provided after 12 business days from the delivery of the initial concept.

5.2: Refund on Website Packages

• If a refund request is made before the delivery of the Initial Website Mockup, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding a 10% administration and processing fee).
• After 5 business days of receiving the initial website mockup, only a 66% refund is eligible.
• After 10 business days, no refund will be approved.
• No refunds will be entertained once a website has been sent for development or has been uploaded to a test link or domain.

5.3: Refund on Custom

• Packages For custom packages, the refund policy mentioned above applies individually to each service within the package.

5.4: Refund on Marketing

• Packages All marketing services, including social media marketing, SEO, and related packages, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5.5: Refund on Domain & Hosting

• Refunds for domain, hosting, SSL, and related services will not be provided under any circumstances.

SECTION 6 – HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REFUND

• To claim a refund, you must:

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 8 to 10 business days.

SECTION 7 – MY ACCOUNT

It is your responsibility to check the account section for all questions, queries, concerns, and other instructions for the designer. Failure to do so may hinder your refund process.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have control over. We shall not be liable for any harm or damages related to the use of third-party tools.

SECTION 10 – QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

To ensure satisfaction, our designers follow client-provided specifications and conduct thorough research before crafting designs.

SECTION 11 – DELIVERY POLICY

Design files will be delivered via email. Turnaround time depends on the selected package. We offer a rush delivery service for an additional fee.

SECTION 12 – RECORD MAINTENANCE

We archive your final design files. If you need them later, we can email them upon request.

SECTION 14 – CORRESPONDENCE POLICY

Nestedsol is not responsible for any correspondence from email addresses outside of our domain (e.g., info@nestedsol.com) or any unauthorized numbers.

SECTION 15 – 100% UNIQUE DESIGN GUARANTEE

All logos and designs from Nestedsol are created from scratch. If a logo is found to be similar to an existing design, it is considered coincidental.

SECTION 16 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information without prior notice.

SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Nestedsol or any of its officers, directors, or employees be held liable for damages arising from the use of this website. The liability in some jurisdictions may be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Nestedsol from any liabilities, costs, and damages resulting from your breach of these terms.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Nestedsol and you. Ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms will not be construed against us.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois. Any disputes shall be brought to this venue.
